Weaving machine to produce tyre cord

Designed to produce tyre cord fabrics from cotton, viscose, kapron and other threads according to the corresponding standards.

To ensure cord weaving the loom is additionally equipped with:

Electromechanical cloth regulator to form technological packed stripes;
Two-color weft change motion with electronic control for automatic switch to produ-cing packed stripes and loom break on producing the specified metric area in the roll;
Remote cloth station;
Beam station to ensure warp threads feed from bobbin carrier;
Loom terminal for cloth length calculation.
