Loom STBUTT

Projectile weaving machines STBUTT are designed for producing technical fabrics of in-creased density, weight up to 1000 g/m2 and more, with filling factor up to 2,0 from linen, synthetic, cotton threads and their blends.

Looms are equipped with:
- shedding motion with cams of smooth move and healds leveling device;
- intermittent cloth take-up motion, ensuring better conditions for the weaving process;
- system of automatic control and loom operation including: weft feeder, weft controller, two-zone warp stop motion, pick-finding mechanism, start and stop the loom with the help of buttons, weft number counting, light signaling showing loom stoppage reason.

Depending on the weaving width and linear density of the processed weft thread, looms may be equipped with projectiles of standard dimensions or heavy projectiles of enlarged dimensions.

At the customer`s demand looms may be equipped with:
- electromechanical warp let-off system from one or two beams to ensure even tension;
- leno selvage forming mechanism with false selvages cut and take-up device;
-selvage fuser with false selvages withdrawal device
-selvage formers for multi-web weaving;
-remote cloth station with roll maximum diameter up to 1500 mm
-device for warp thread feeding immediately from the bobbin carrier.
