Loom STBUF
Projectile looms STBUF
are designed to produce fabrics with leno (open-work) background weave
from polypropylene or polyester flat bands, width up to 5 mm and monothreads.
Loom reeding widths:180, 190, 220, 250,
280, 330, 360 and 390 cm.
Equipped with:
- one- or two-colored weft change motion;
- electronic controller and weft accumulator;
- shedding box;
- device to form leno weave of cloth background with specified mesh
sizes.
Additionally they can be equipped with:
- electromechanical warp let-off and tension systems from one or two
beams;
- electromechanical cloth take-up system ensuring the specified weft
thread density per cloth length unit;
- device for warp let-off immediately from bobbin carrier;
- remote cloth station with maximum cloth roll diameter up to 1,5
m;
- selvage sealer with devices to cut and take up false selvages;
- other additional devices and accessories to increase cloth quality
and to improve equipment maintenance conditions.
