JSC "Textilmach" - the leading company in Russia producing projectile looms and the only one in the Russian Federation, producing rapier metal-weaving machines. The trade mark "Textilmach" is well known not only in Russia but also far away beyond its bounds. The company has produced more than 87 thousand looms, which are successfully operated at weaving factories and textile companies in 58 all over the world.

Nowadays the main product of JSC "Textilmach" is looms series STB, STBU, TM:

- Producing fabrics from threads of practically all types: cotton, wool, real silk, chemical threads and their blends, hard threads, filament threads, bands, polypropylene and polyethylene mono-threads;

- Special to produce terry fabrics - STBUM, denim fabrics - STBUD, fabrics from polypropylene and polyethylene bands - STBU-Pl, fabrics with leno weave - STBUF, fabrics from real silk - STBU-Shn, heavy industrial fabrics - STBUT, fabrics from tyre cord - STBU2-K;

- Series STR: metal-weaving rapier looms, producing metal woven wire nets.

Studying the situation in the market and the demands of customers, the company started producing a new product: a loom to produce especially dense wide industrial fabrics - STBUTT2-360, four-color loom STBU4-360Kr with electrical equipment "Siemens", looms of new reeding widths 430 and 540 cm, looms with electronic jacquard machines "Staubli" and "Bonas", dobby KRU-20ME with electronic control.

Today specialists of the company are working at promising courses to create a high-speed air-jet loom, mastering serial production of looms to produce terry fabric with a variable loop height, joint manufacture of a multi-shed loom together with VNIILTEKMASH has been planned.

The company effects restoration and modernization of looms to increase their productivity, assortment possibilities and to improve fabric quality, delivers and spare parts to looms, effects installation and start-up and adjustment work, ensures guarantee service, trains the personnel of the Customer to operate the looms.

Integration of production with the world-wide known firms "Siemens", "Staubli", "Bonas", "IRO AB" and others, allowed to increase the technical level of looms by JSC "Textilmach" to the values of world analogues.

JSC "Textilmach" also manufactures: spare parts to projectile looms; agricultural machinery - pull-type fodder combine harvester "Volga-2", rotary mowing machine, double rotor folding rakes, potato digger "Kaura", hop harvester "Tsivil", aggregate cereal mills to process buckwheat, millet and other grain crops;

submersible rotary electric pumps NPK; spare parts to agricultural machines and railway machinery, various casting. The company produces consumer goods: terry articles, sets of bed linen, working clothes.

The production facilities of JSC "Textilmach" is a complete technological cycle: metallurgical plant - iron and steel casting, non-ferrous casting, hot stamping, heat treatment, galvanic production, machine-assembly department with all type of mechanical treatment, which are equipped with modern high-performance equipment of the firms "Hermle", "Bystronic", "Rosler".

Its own engineering department, equipped with a system "Pro/Engineer" and an experimental base with a mini weaving workshop, in which new weaving technologies and fabric articles are tested, make it possible to improve constantly capabilities of looms taking into account the demand and fabric fashion.

Highly skilled specialists work at the company, at all the stages: from engineering and arranging production to realization of sales and after-sale service. In order to increase quality of the products work to introduce international quality standards ISO-9000 is being carried out.

JSC "Textilmach" carries out active foreign trade activity and takes part in first-rate international fairs such as ITMA, ATME, IGATEX, INGLEMASH. New weaving machinery is demonstrated at them, which enjoys much interest of visitors and is much in demand in many countries all over the world.
