Fabrics, produced on basic looms:

 

1. Cotton fabrics

 

1.1. Linen fabrics for underclothes and bedclothes:

- cheap cotton goods with weight 140-160 gr/m2;

- muslins, webs and calicos with weight 100-120 gr/m2;

- cambrics with weight 70-100 gr/m2.

1.2. Shirt-dress fabrics:

- summer ones with weight 60-105 gr/m2;

- demi-season ones with weight 120-180 gr/m2;

- winter ones with weight 170-360 gr/m2;

- chintzs with weight 170-360 gr/m2;

- sateens and lasting with weight 70-160 gr/m2.

1.3. Garment-costume fabrics, also those of increased density from single and twisted yarns with weight up to 450 gr/m2.

1.4. Tapestries:

- light ones with weight up to 240-250 gr/m2;

- heavy ones with weight äî 550 gr/m2.

1.5. Fabrics of technical purpose:

- covered ones for conveyer belts and driving belts;

- filtering ones;

- gauze ones;

- packing ones.

 

2. Woolen fabrics

 

The range of woolen (half-woolen) fabrics counts more than 1000 articles. Depending on the purpose they are subdivide into:

- dress ones with weight 130-250 gr/m2 from comber (worsted) and hard (fine-cloth) yarns;

- costume ones with weight 220-440 gr/m2 from comber and hard yarns;

- coat ones with weight 230-440 gr/m2 from hard yarns;

- tapestries with weight up to 700 gr/m2 from hard yarns.

Linear densities of processed yarns:

- worsted: 83,2-20,0 tex, 50õ2 -143x2 tex;

- hard: fine-cloth 167-6,2,5 tex; rough-cloth 110-500 tex.

 

3. Silk fabrics

 

The range of silk fabrics counts more than 1000 articles of dress, costume, decorative and other fabrics. The following groups of fabrics are produced on looms STB:

3.1. Fabrics from silk threads (purely silk fabrics):

- crepe fabrics with weight 25-60 gr/m2;

- half crepe with weight 60-85 gr/m2;

- linen fabrics with weight 50-105 gr/m2.

3.2. Fabrics from silk threads in blends with other fibers - produced from real silk by one system and kapron, triacetate, lavsan and other chemical threads by another thread system.

3.3. Threads from chemical complex threads (made-up and synthetic) with surface superficial density 40-290 gr/m2 of various consumer purpose: crepe and half-crepe fabrics (crepe-sateen, crepe-marocain, panama), flat fabrics (marquisette, web, pique, lining serge), raincoat, vesting and dress fabrics from synthetic threads.

3.4. Fabrics with application of threads blended with chemical fibers between each other and with natural fibers with superficial density 130-340 gr/m2.

3.5. Fabrics of technical purpose, including:

- sieve fabrics from monothreads;

- polypropylene from twisted and flat threads with width up to 5 mm for "big-bags", road coverings, hose for waterproofing and so on;

- covered fabrics for conveyer belts and driving belts;

- filtering fabrics;

- packing fabrics and others.

 

4. Linen fabrics

 

The range of linen fabrics, produced on looms STB, contains more than 500 articles:

- linen and half-linen fabrics with weight 120-200 gr/m2;

- costume-dress (linen, half-linen and linen-lavsan) with weight 250-400 gr/m2;

- crinoline with weight 250-370 gr/m2;

- piece-goods (towels, table-cloths, napkins and others);

- fabrics of technical purpose: sail clothes, for working clothes with special treatment, bag goods and others with weight äî 900 gr/m2 and more.

Linear densities of processed threads:

- for household fabrics: 55,6-200,0 tex;

- for technical fabrics: 83,8-286 tex in one or several composition.
