General Information"Textilmach" JSC manufactures weaving looms of two kinds according to method of the weft insertion: - projectile weaving looms; All modifications of projectile weaving looms are produced on the basis of three series:
The base models of looms STB, STBU and ТМ are manufactured with nine weaving widths of 160, 180, 190, 220, 250, 280, 330, 360, 390 cm. The prototype of loom STBU1-540 Pl with weaving width up to 540 cm is made, its production is being prepared. Fabrics produced on weaving looms STB1. Cotton fabrics1.1. Linen fabrics for underwear and bed-clothes: 1.2. Dress fabric: 1.3. Apparel fabrics, including fabrics with high density from single and twisted yarn with weight up to 450 g. sq/m; 1.4. Furniture -decorative fabrics: 1.5. Industrial fabrics: 2. Woolen fabrics.The range of woolen (semi-woolen) fabrics includes more than 1000
articles. Woolen fabrics depending on a kind of a yarn are subdivided
into: Linear density of the processed yarn: 3. Silk fabrics.The range of silk fabrics includes more than 1000 articles of fabrics for dress, shirt, costume and decorative fabrics. The following groups of fabrics are produced on looms STB 3.1. Fabrics from silk threads (pure silk) 3.2. Fabrics from silk threads with other fibers are produced from natural silk under one system and kapron, triacetate, lavsan and other chemical threads under the other system of threads. 3.3. Fabrics from chemical complex threads (artificial and synthetic) with surface density 40-290 g sq/m to meet different consumer requirements: crepe and half crepe fabrics (satin back crepe, marocain crepe, panama), flat fabrics (marquisette, pique, serge), raincoat fabrics, fabrics for blouse and dress from synthetic threads. 3.4.Fabrics from threads of chemical fibers and fibers in combination with natural fibres with surface density 130-340 g sq/m. - these fabrics are produced in more large assortment. 3.5.
